Your Role

  • Providing daily care and living support, including personal care, to children and young people with complex needs
  • Encouraging independence and learning, promoting well-being and a positive outlook
  • Planning and delivering fun leisure and social activities, tailored to the needs and interests of our residents
  • Ensuring a safe, secure, and clean home environment, with a focus on maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Preparing and cooking meals, taking into account dietary requirements and preferences
  • Administering medication, with full training provided
