About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Security (HSS) professional to join our team at Statkraft. As an HSS Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of our renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HSS expertise and guidance to project managers and teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement effective HSS work processes and procedures to ensure compliance with Statkraft governance and industry standards.
  • Conduct site visits and audits to ensure HSS compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure HSS best practices are adopted and maintained.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive HSS culture within the organization.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in HSS within an industrial work environment.
  • IOSH and NEBOSH certifications.
  • Practical experience in executing large construction projects, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
