About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSS professional to join our team in Statkraft's Project Delivery Unit. As an HSS Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of our renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HSS expertise and support to project managers and teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement HSS practices and procedures to ensure compliance with Statkraft's governance and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective HSS management and risk mitigation.
  • Contribute to the establishment of a positive HSS culture within the projects, including project kick-offs and team meetings.
  • Participate in relevant activities throughout the project development and acquisition phases.
  • Assure, investigate, and provide support for HSS activities in projects outside the UK.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in HSS within an industrial work environment.
  • IOSH and NEBOSH training.
  • Practical experience from execution of large construction projects, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
  • Result-oriented, structured, and flexible with excellent communication skills.
