Verve, a forward-thinking firm in the financial services sector, is seeking an experienced Compliance Expertise Lead to join its dynamic compliance team. This key role will focus on providing tailored compliance support to financial planning firms, leveraging expertise in regulatory applications, risk audits, and policy development.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of current legislation and regulation (MIFIDPRU) and have experience working with firms that have discretionary/ platform permissions. A minimum level 4 qualification in compliance or financial services is required, along with a proven ability to apply compliance knowledge in a practical, commonsense way.

In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
