Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum

Job Description:The Compliance Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining an efficient approval process that meets the standards of ISO 17021-1, ISO 17065, and relevant certification scheme requirements. This entails supporting the growth of new employed audit team members, expediting the evaluation of subcontractor and agency auditor competency assessments within SLAs, and identifying resource gaps within the audit development team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operational compliance, with a solid understanding of regulatory demands. They will demonstrate excellent analytical skills, data management capabilities, and reporting skills to monitor the status of compliance and assurance across Amtivo.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain an efficient approval process that meets the standards of ISO 17021-1, ISO 17065, and relevant certification scheme requirements
- Support the growth of new employed audit team members at a pace that enables them to achieve target levels of billability within agreed target timescales from the point of employment
- Expedite the evaluation of subcontractor and agency auditor competency assessments within SLAs
- Identify resource gaps within the audit development team
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A recognized qualification in auditing with experience of completing internal audits and managing corrective actions
- Superior analytical skills, data management capabilities, and reporting skills
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory demands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, hybrid work environment
