Construction Programme Manager Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Construction Programme Manager Specialist to oversee the delivery of multiple refurbishment/cut and carve projects within our facilities management division.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing detailed programmes and schedules, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and project business plans. They will also lead on health and safety, environmental management, and regulatory compliance, as well as sourcing and procuring supplies and services.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a bonus scheme, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
