Care Assistant

Rocasa Consulting is seeking a Care Assistant to support adults experiencing homelessness and substance misuse issues in High Wycombe.
The role involves working with a dedicated team to provide housing support, risk assessments, and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing housing support and risk assessments
- Ensuring the support service promotes empowerment and independence
- Working with clients to achieve personalized support outcomes
Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable client groups
- Good customer service and people skills
- Excellent IT skills
Pay rate: £12.83 per hour including holiday pay. Shift pattern: Early shift 07:15 - 15:15 and Late shift 13:30- 21:30; working every other weekend.
