About the Role:
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for processing orders, preparing quotes, and liaising with customers to confirm product specifications and delivery timelines. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, paying £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders for component and complete kitchens, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and provide quotes to clients in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with customers to confirm product specifications and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

About You:
We are looking for a highly organised individual with the ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with customers.
