Learning and Development Manager

Salary: £40,000 + depending on skill set and experience plus bonus

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Manager to support the development of employees within our organisation. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing skills, knowledge, and capabilities of employees.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Training Needs Analysis
  2. Learning Strategy Development
  3. Learning Programme Design and Delivery
  4. Learning Programme Implementation
  5. Learning Evaluation and Measurement
  6. Stakeholder Management
  7. Compliance and Regulatory Training
  8. Core Values Training

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. CIPD Level 5 (L&D) qualified or equivalent.
  2. Coaching qualification is advantageous, but not essential.
  3. Proven experience in learning and development, training, or related roles.
  4. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in L&D.
