Job Title: Health and Social Care Training Specialist

KM Recruitment is a leading education and training recruiter, specialising in the Skills and Employability sectors. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Social Care Training Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment to learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievement.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure learners are meeting their learning objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide a holistic and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver and assess training programmes for learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievement, including assessments and feedback.
  3. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure learners are meeting their learning objectives and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide a holistic and supportive learning environment, including Functional Skills Maths and English teaching.

Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5.
  • Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
  • Hold occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Management level.
  • Must have a good level of ICT skills and be confident in the use of digital technologies.
  • Happy to conduct online remote assessments and face-to-face visits as required.
