About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of employees within our organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop a comprehensive Learning Strategy to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Design and deliver engaging Learning Programmes to meet business objectives.
  • Implement Learning Programmes effectively, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of Learning Programmes, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through targeted training.
  • Embed Core Values across the organisation through impactful training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 (L&D) qualification or equivalent.
  • Coaching qualification is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven experience in learning and development, training, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in L&D.

  • 25 days Holidays plus bank holidays, or a day off in lieu if contract requires you to work. PLUS, an extra day holiday for each years' service (up to a maximum of 5 years).
