Forklift Equipment Service Specialist

Our client, a well-established company in the forklift industry, is seeking an experienced Forklift Equipment Service Specialist to join their rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining customer forklift truck equipment, ensuring minimal unscheduled repairs.
In this role, you will attend breakdowns, perform fault diagnosis, and carry out repairs in a time- and cost-effective manner. You will also provide clear information to customers and the company regarding equipment status and submit recommendations as necessary. Additionally, you will develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical experience, including diagnosis and repair skills. A FLT Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or Plant Engineering background is required. Experience with hydraulics and electrical equipment is an advantage, but factory training will be provided as needed. A flexible and helpful attitude towards work is essential. A full driving license is also required.
We offer a competitive salary of £33,000 + OT + Company Vehicle, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in the forklift industry.
