We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team at Staffline Branches in Lincoln. As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our client's site.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to equipment and machinery
  • Conducting health and safety checks to identify potential hazards
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Handy Man or similar role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent work with the possibility of a permanent contract after 13 weeks.

**Salary:** £13,500 - £15,875 per annum (dependent on experience)
