We are looking for a Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team at Austin Fraser. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services to our clients.

The Job Description:
  • 1st & 2nd fix carpentry, including kitchen installations and door hanging
  • 2nd fix plumbing, including tap and basin changes
  • Patch tiling and patch plastering
  • UPVC repairs and maintenance, including double glazed unit replacement
Requirements:
  • A full driving license is required for this role

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with occasional callouts and overtime.
