We are recruiting for a Site Maintenance Operative to join our team at one of our clients based in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience as a Handy Man looking for consistent work.

This role is offered on a 13-week temp-to-perm basis, allowing you to transition into a contract with the client after 13 weeks. The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and the salary ranges from £13 to £14.75 per hour, depending on your level of experience.

  • Undertake general tasks required in the building or office
  • Carry out gardening and ground maintenance tasks
  • Source products to support maintenance and ordering for various departments
  • Assist in sourcing and controlling contractors for maintenance and quality control
  • Maintain all firefighting equipment on site and liaise with the fire brigade when necessary

Your role will be varied, with no two days being the same. You will have the opportunity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and be flexible to meet the needs of the team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills. As a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
