Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Development Coordinator to join our Holiday Inn Lincoln team. As a Maintenance Person with trade knowledge, regulations, and standards experience, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance requirements across the hotel.

About the Role

This role involves managing all maintenance tasks, including infrastructure, repairs, and renovations. The successful candidate will conduct planned preventative maintenance, schedule contractors, and coordinate work performed by outside vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing all maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained.
  • Conducting regular inspections and systematic testing of rooms and electrical equipment.
  • Scheduling contractors for major repairs and coordinating their work.
  • Training staff on equipment and procedures.
  • Responding to maintenance emergencies.
