Job Summary

We seek an experienced BI Account Director to lead our Business Intelligence function, developing and implementing strategies to drive data-driven decision making.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, including channel-based activation, and expertise in marketing analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives
  • Design and implement data visualization and UX design solutions to advise on best practices
  • Maintain and grow knowledge of media data sources to source data and advise other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Data Solutions Engineers to ingest and model data, collecting requirements from across the user base
  • Brief and manage workflows with our global delivery team
  • Deliver high-quality reporting dashboards to brief, accountable for multi-market, cross-channel performance
  • Present complex analysis to senior client stakeholders
  • Act as point of escalation to solve reporting issues
  • Conduct research into broader industry trends and competitor analysis to uncover key insights driving performance growth
  • Deliver training sessions to multiple client stakeholders and the wider Assembly business
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate direct reports to encourage professional development and hands-on supervision

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications include experience in digital marketing with channel-based activation expertise, strong analytical and technical skills, and excellent knowledge of marketing analytics tools.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan matching, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
