**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Programme Lead to join our team at Dogs Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in canine behaviour and welfare, with a proven track record of developing and implementing behaviour modification programmes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement behaviour modification programmes for dogs in our care
  • Manage and develop a small team of staff
  • Supervise and guide other staff in the wider operational team
  • Act as duty manager on a rota basis

**Requirements**

  • Knowledge of dog behaviour and welfare
  • Experience of working in a kennel environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
