Programme Delivery Manager

Transition Partners is seeking a highly skilled Programme Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a complex programme over the next 12 months. This contract role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change that will positively impact the organisation's customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of a large-scale, integrated programme of work.
  • Manage complex internal and external interdependencies across a diverse programme of activity.
  • Drive strategic business change initiatives while ensuring smooth programme execution.
  • Design a programme plan that aligns with business objectives, and deliver this safely, to time and within budget.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience delivering major integrated programmes.
  • Strong background in managing behavioural change within the workplace.
  • Expertise in planning, risk management, and budget management across complex programmes.
  • Extensive experience managing business change initiatives in large organisations.
  • Holds a professional project management qualification such as Prince 2 and MSP.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Customer-focused, with experience in discovery phases.
