Job Title: Behaviour Programme Lead

We are recruiting for a Behaviour Programme Lead to lead within the centre on training and behaviour activity for dogs in Dogs Trust care, focussing on initial assessment and determining the behavioural modification programmes for each dog.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage a small team
  • Supervise/guide other staff in the wider operational team when implementing behaviour plans for individual dogs
  • Act as duty manager on a rota basis in the absence of the centre manager
  • Cover for other Assistant Managers

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of dog behaviour and welfare
  • Previous experience of working in a kennel environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
