Administrative Sales Support Specialist

This Sales and Business Administrator position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. As part of our team at IC Resources, you will be responsible for managing sales orders, onboarding clients, collaborating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate data in Salesforce.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and relevant experience in Sales or Business Administration. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe, and CRM systems (such as Salesforce) is highly desirable.
- You will process and coordinate sales orders to meet tight deadlines.
- You will oversee client onboarding, including managing necessary documentation via supplier portals.
- You will maintain and update Salesforce records with precision and accuracy.
- You will provide administrative support to the sales team and engage with clients through effective communication.
