**Job Title:** Domain Scrum Master

**Job Description:**

As a Domain Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in enabling the rollout and formation of a scaled agile framework within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Facilitating the integration of agile principles with our existing processes

2. Collaborating closely with Squad and Group Scrum Masters to ensure adherence to agreed-upon agile processes

3. Identifying and swiftly removing obstacles and distractions that may hinder the team's progress towards their goals

**Requirements:**

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Prior experience in a senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach role

* Strong understanding of automotive engineering principles

* Proven experience in enterprise-level stakeholder management

* Qualified experience of Agile at Scale (e.g. Leading SAFe)

* Expert knowledge of Agile principles and their practical application
