Job Title: Agile Transformation Engineer

At Cadent, we're committed to driving innovation and excellence in the UK energy sector. As an Agile Transformation Engineer, you'll play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture and driving strategy through expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Problem Solving: Identify and address potential roadblocks, risks, and dependencies across teams.
  2. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with Product Management to provide regular updates on the release train's status, risks, and achievements.
  3. Agile Leadership: Provide servant leadership to Agile teams within the release train, guiding them in adopting and implementing Agile principles, values, and practices effectively.
  4. Release Planning and Execution: Lead the release planning process by collaborating with Product Owners, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to establish release goals, scope, and schedules.
  5. Facilitation: Organize and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect and Adapt workshops, and more.
  6. Metrics and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report key metrics related to the release train's progress, velocity, and performance. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the Agile processes and outcomes.
  7. Finances: Support the financial monetary budgets by tracking and flagging any derailment to committed deliverables within your ART.
  8. Coaching and Mentoring: Coach and mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on Agile principles and practices.
