Undergraduate Industrial Placement, Consumer Products Licensing Expert

We are seeking two undergraduate university students to join our Soflines or Hardlines teams. Both roles will work closely within their respective teams and provide support where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CP creative team in ensuring products align with brand guidelines set by Mattel and support the creative process.
- Support the team in monitoring market trends and gathering insights into competition, marketing activity, etc.
- Provide project admin across the EMEA region, including tracking, chasing deadlines, updates, reminders to managers and team.
- Set up new licensees in the creative assets platform and update creative folders.
- Support Amazon Consumer Products campaigns.
- Coordinate event organisation, including trade fairs, consumer shows, partner days, and summits.
- Support Category Managers in uploading and amending licensee deals onto our internal system, Rights Logic.
- Provide general department support, including commercial activity, sample coordination, liaison with licensees, and general office admin.
Social and Philanthropic Opportunities
- Take accountability for planning and delivering office engagement and philanthropic events.
- Play an active role in generating event initiatives with the Mattel interns Social Committee to drive employee engagement.
- Facilitate events and brand activations as guided by the Company.
- Assist with the organisation and delivery of philanthropic activities as a member of Mattel's charity events management team.
Qualifications
- Microsoft Office: Advanced Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and typing skills.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
