Undergraduate Industrial Placement, Consumer Products Licensing Specialist

We are seeking two highly motivated and enthusiastic undergraduate students to join our Consumer Products Licensing team as placements. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of our licensing strategies across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the CP creative team in ensuring products meet brand guidelines and support the creative process.
- Monitor market trends and gather insights into competition, marketing activity, and other relevant data.
- Provide project administration support across the EMEA region, including tracking, chasing deadlines, updates, reminders, and more.
- Support the creative team in setting up new licensees in the creative assets platform and updating creative folders.
- Contribute to Amazon Consumer Products campaigns.
- Organize and attend events, including trade fairs, consumer shows, partner days, and summits.
- Support Category Managers in uploading and amending licensee deals onto our internal system, Rights Logic.
- Provide general department support, including sample coordination, liaison with licensees, and general office administration.

- Currently studying an undergraduate degree with a placement year.
- Team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Self-sufficient and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to relocate within a commutable distance of our Slough office.
