Undergraduate Industrial Placement for Consumer Products Licensing

We are seeking two undergraduate university students to join our Consumer Products Licensing team. This placement will provide a unique opportunity to work closely with our team and gain valuable experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CP creative team in ensuring products meet brand guidelines set by Mattel.
- Support the team in monitoring market trends and gathering insights into competition, marketing activity, etc.
- Provide project support across the EMEA region, including tracking, chasing deadlines, updates, reminders to managers and team.
- Set up new licensees in creative assets platform, updating creative folders.
- Support on Amazon Consumer Products campaigns.
- Coordinate event organisation, including trade fairs, consumer shows, partner days, and summits.
- Support Category Managers in uploading and amending licensee deals onto our internal system, Rights Logic.
- Provide general department support, including sample coordination, liaison with licensees, and general office admin.
Social and Philanthropic Opportunities
- Plan and deliver office engagement and philanthropic events.
- Play an active role in generating event initiatives with the Mattel interns Social Committee.
- Facilitate events and brand activations as guided by the Company.
- Assist with the organisation and delivery of philanthropic activities as a member of Mattel's charity events management team.
Qualifications
We are looking for students who are currently studying an undergraduate degree with a placement year. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be proactive, flexible, and adaptable, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
