About the Job
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives, setting ambitious yet achievable targets for the inside sales team, and establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the inside sales function.

You will oversee key account strategies and personally handle high-value client relationships, provide sales team feedback to inform product improvements and new offerings, and prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to the Director and senior leadership.
