Enterprise Risk and Policy Manager

At Bupa, we're committed to making health happen for our customers. As an Enterprise Risk and Policy Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of third-party risks across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a risk management strategy for procurement at a group level.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise suppliers policy and drive adherence to local standards and processes.
  • Manage and support the monitoring and management of third-party risk on behalf of the business.
  • Own the third-party risk management controls for the procurement function at an enterprise level.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) and risk frameworks.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements, including FCA (SYSC 8/13) and PRA handbook.
  • Experience in working with supplier assurance is advantageous.
