About the Role

We require an experienced Caretaker to manage and maintain our premises.

This full-time position involves ensuring that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, including site management and general repair work, maintenance of heating, lighting, and alarm systems, and other general caretaking duties.

Suitable Candidate:

  • Proven caretaking experience with a strong focus on reliability and attention to detail
  • Demonstrable maintenance experience, including DIY skills
  • A DBS check would be ideal but is not a requirement

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 15:00
  • No weekend or bank holiday work
