A school maintenance professional is required for a full-time role in Telford. The ideal candidate will have experience in general site maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.

Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the school premises, ensuring scheduled maintenance tasks are completed, and performing various cleaning tasks and inspections.

The successful candidate must be able to commit to working 6am-10am and 2:30pm-6pm daily.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the school premises
  • Ensure scheduled maintenance tasks are completed
  • Perform various cleaning tasks and inspections
  • Report and record any necessary repairs, ensuring they are carried out safely and efficiently
  • Test fire alarms
  • Open and lock school premises
  • Possess an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Online Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
