Job Title:
Machine Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Maintenance Specialist to support production in a national manufacturing business. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for setting and operating machinery, producing quality parts, and conducting machine maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating and setting machinery
  • Ensuring parts are manufactured to specification
  • Inputting data into PC to ensure correct manufacturing
  • Quality checking manufactured parts
  • Maintaining and fault-finding generic issues and escalating complex errors
  • Completing daily documentation
  • Working as part of a team to hit KPIs
  • Assisting with training of new staff
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to


Requirements:
  • Previous experience with press brakes is essential
  • Experience with metal forming techniques is essential
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous experience as a Press Setter, Press Operator, or Press Brake Operator is desirable


Salary:
$45,000 - $55,000 per annum
