Machine Maintenance Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Maintenance Specialist to support production in a national manufacturing business. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for setting and operating machinery, producing quality parts, and conducting machine maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and setting machinery
- Ensuring parts are manufactured to specification
- Inputting data into PC to ensure correct manufacturing
- Quality checking manufactured parts
- Maintaining and fault-finding generic issues and escalating complex errors
- Completing daily documentation
- Working as part of a team to hit KPIs
- Assisting with training of new staff
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to
Requirements:
- Previous experience with press brakes is essential
- Experience with metal forming techniques is essential
- Good attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Press Setter, Press Operator, or Press Brake Operator is desirable
Salary:
$45,000 - $55,000 per annum
