Retail Store Supervisor

A wellbeing beauty brand is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Supervisor to join their team at their store in Liverpool St, London.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-responsible for the day-to-day running of a standalone store
- Drive sales and company objectives forward
- Assist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports
- Take full ownership of store and team in Store Manager's absence
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Sharepoint, and Google Drive
- Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, colleagues, community, and customers
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are upheld
- Organise and support in-store and field events to promote the brand while working with partnering businesses
- Train current and new team members
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by the Store Manager
