About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recreational Assistant/Lifeguard. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers in and around the water.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform duties related to both wet and dry sites
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Strong swimming ability and excellent physical fitness
  • UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) is essential
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to correct behavior of pool users where necessary
  • Confidence and an approachable nature
