About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Recreational Assistant/Lifeguard to join our team at Leisure Focus. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers in and around the water.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform duties related to both wet and dry sites, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a high-quality service, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation, maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff.
Requirements
  • A UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification, with a strong understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Confidence and an approachable nature, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A DBS Disclosure may be required for this role, depending on the specific requirements of the position.
