About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Leisure Focus. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our customers in and around the water.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform lifeguard duties, including pool supervision and emergency response
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers
  • Work collaboratively with the Duty Manager and Senior Recreational Assistant to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) is essential
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to correct behavior of pool users where necessary
  • Confidence and an approachable nature
