Job Title: Recreation Assistant

We are seeking a Recreation Assistant to join our team at Leisure Focus. As a Recreation Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing duties on both wet and dry sites, including lifeguarding, customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
  • Perform lifeguarding duties to ensure the safety of our customers
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment on both wet and dry sites
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals
Requirements:
  • Strong swimming ability
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Confidence and an approachable nature
