About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recreation Assistant/Lifeguard. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while providing a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safety of customers in and around the pool area.
  • Conduct regular pool safety checks and respond to emergencies as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) is essential.
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to correct behavior of pool users where necessary.
  • Confidence and an approachable nature.
