Care Specialist

Care Specialists play a vital role in supporting our elderly clients to remain independently living at home. We are looking for caring, compassionate individuals who are genuinely interested in a career in care.
Key Responsibilities:
We provide home help services such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and vacuuming. Our team members also offer companionship through shopping visits, appointments, and community events. Additionally, we provide personal care, improving individuals' personal hygiene while maintaining privacy, dignity, and independence.
Benefits:
The salary for this role is £12 weekdays and £12.50 weekends, with the opportunity to earn a £100 refer a friend bonus. You will also receive paid travel time, paid training, and access to our Employee Benefit Scheme discounts to High Street Shops, Holidays, and Restaurants. Furthermore, you will have the option to participate in our Optional Pension Scheme and enjoy FREE Employee Assistance Programme.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. You should be available to work every other weekend and at least 1 evening a week.
Training and Support:
We provide full training, including paid shadows, introductions, and training on completion of the 2-day Learning and Development Programme.
