Account Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Account Development Manager to join our sales team in Lichfield.
About the RoleAs an Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for calling sales leads to convert them into customers. You will also prospect new business and maximise sales by proactively reaching out to potential clients. Additionally, you will raise accurate sales orders, make and answer sales calls, build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and leverage your experience in telephony sales or customer service roles.

- Prospect new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Raise accurate sales orders to meet revenue targets
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including free parking, a fully office-based environment, a company pension scheme, and 23 days of annual leave (including 3 days for Christmas shutdown). Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
