Job Title: Administrative Assistant Bexley05

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Procurement Administration Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of tender exercises using our electronic tendering facility and various other IT packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer tender exercises using our electronic tendering facility and other IT packages.
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement Team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with the processing of procurement exercises, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a high-quality service, responding to changing demands and working independently when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in procurement or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent administrative and ICT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write and present reports and documents.
