Job Summary: As a Haemodialysis Team Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of a dialysis clinic, training junior staff members, and ensuring the maintenance of technical equipment. Your professional advisory role will involve providing supervision, guidance, and performance monitoring to ensure company compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must hold an NMC/HCPC pin, post-basic qualification in renal nursing, ENB998 qualification, and at least two years' experience in Haemodialysis as a senior level nurse. Additionally, you should have experience in managing and leading a team of nurses.
