Job Description
As a Senior Veterinary Surgeon at PDSA, you will lead the Pet Hospital team, ensuring high standards of customer service and clinical care. You will promote pet wellbeing, deliver preventive services, and treat sick and injured pets of eligible clients.
You will be responsible for all aspects of clinical governance at the hospital, managing income and clinical expenditure, and making sure resources are used efficiently. Excellent career opportunities and development are available, including flexible working arrangements and family-friendly policies.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate outstanding communication, leadership, and organisational skills, as well as a flexible approach. As a RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with practice and people management experience, you will be able to make a positive impact on the lives of pets and their owners.
