Acklam Medical Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join their Primary Care team. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team in the provision of assessment, treatment, screening, health education services, and advice to patients.
Main Duties:
- Lead and develop the practice of the nursing team in the provision of assessment, treatment, screening, health education services, and advice to patients.
- Develop and ensure that the nursing team work with reference to practice-agreed protocols and guidelines to provide nursing treatments to patients.
- Work within patient group directions where these are available.
