We are seeking a Clinical Professional Development Manager to join our team at the Transformation Unit. This exciting opportunity involves supporting the establishment of a new Spinal Cord Rehabilitation Network across the North East and Yorkshire, working closely with local services to promote optimal care pathways and improve patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • The post holder will co-ordinate and promote inter-professional learning activities, actively contributing to the development of programmes of education and training.">
  • They will work alongside Trust's and community-based practice educator colleagues to ensure equity of learning opportunities.">
  • Travel may be required to support the Network's objectives.">

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills, with experience in developing learning resources and delivering programmes of education.">
  • A Registered Clinical Professional with a Master's degree or equivalent knowledge/experience is essential.">
  • Leadership skills and ability to implement change are also crucial for this role.">
