Child Development Officer

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the growth and development of Middlesbrough Voluntary Development Agency. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors and stakeholders to develop innovative partnerships and build collaborative relationships.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of organisation development and partnership networking. They will enhance the work of the agency through identification and facilitation of projects to improve outcomes for children and increase capacity.
The role is part-time, 15 hours per week, term time only, with 2 on-call days. The initial contract is for one year.
The successful applicant will be required to obtain an enhanced Certificate of Disclosure from the DBS and undergo other recruitment checks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and facilitate projects to improve outcomes for children and increase capacity
- Work closely with the Board of Directors and stakeholders to achieve agency goals
