We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at The James Cook University Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in our Ophthalmology department.
As a Senior Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients accessing our elective and acute treatment services. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive holistic person-centered care, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a healthcare setting, with a strong focus on clinical care duties and procedures. A Level 3 vocational qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience is essential, as well as the ability to demonstrate the importance of holistic person-centered care.
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care.
