We are seeking a talented and creative Commis Chef to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott St Pierre Country Club. As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

About the Role

As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients for cooking, cooking food to a high standard, and ensuring the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and other kitchen staff to deliver top-quality menu items in a timely manner.

Requirements

We are looking for a Commis Chef with a positive outlook, outgoing personality, and great teamwork skills. You should have a Level 2 culinary qualification and be willing to fund your future training qualifications. You will work 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends, on a variety of early, mid, and late shifts.
