About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott St Pierre Country Club. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality menu items, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including soups, salads, entrees, and desserts
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes, in collaboration with the Executive Chef

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous kitchen experience, preferably in a similar role
  • A Level 3 cookery qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
