We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team, covering the southern parts of the UK. Our client is a market leading organisation within the crane industry, offering a range of services and solutions to clients across the region.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and exceeding standards at all times.
  2. Create a sales pipeline to secure contracts in line with company utilisation, promoting sales for the specialist rental division.
  3. Utilise a business CRM to record all sales activities, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
  4. Abide by all company health and safety policies at all times, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Requirements:
  1. Knowledge and experience in the Tower Crane, Mobile Crane, or Crawler Crane industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's dynamics.
  2. A strong relationship builder with a can-do attitude, able to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.
  3. An established background in account management and new business sales, with a proven track record of success.
  4. A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000, plus excellent bonus structure, company vehicle or car allowance, phone, laptop, private healthcare, and 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
