About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to provide individualized support for a child in Reception with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have prior experience supporting children with complex needs, preferably in an Early Years setting.

They must possess excellent communication skills, be compassionate, patient, and committed to helping children overcome challenges to achieve their potential.

A strong understanding of SEN and effective strategies to support children with additional needs is essential.
